Flinn has been a valued member of our Consumer Protection and Employment Law practice groups since joining the firm in 2019. Throughout his tenure, he has honed his significant knowledge and understanding of arbitration, a critical aspect of consumer and employment matters. Flinn has also helped pioneer the practice of Mass Arbitration, addressing the misuse of arbitration agreements by businesses to deny the public their day in court.

In his current role as a Legal Consultant, Flinn leverages his extensive hands-on experience to provide guidance and support to litigation teams across various practice areas. He continues to develop Mass Arbitration as both a practical and theoretical response to corporate arbitration abuses, while advising attorneys and supporting litigation groups.

With a background in legal aid, Flinn brings a deep passion for justice and a commitment to serving the under-served. His comprehensive experience in complex litigation and extensive background in arbitration law enhances his ability to assist litigation teams in pursuing innovative and impactful class action and Mass Arbitration campaigns.
