Zachary J. Freese is an associate in the firm’s Minneapolis office and a member of the antitrust and consumer protection practice groups. Zach focuses on protecting consumers and individuals from illegal collusion, price-fixing schemes between competitors, and monopolists.

Zach’s current antitrust work includes representing putative class of consumers against a global eyewear conglomerate, and a class of restaurants and catering businesses against the nation’s largest pork, beef, and turkey processors.

Prior to joining the firm, Zach worked as a commercial litigator in the areas of business and construction litigation, litigating a broad range of disputes, and prior to that, he clerked with Judge William H. Koch and Judge Kerry W. Meyer in the Fourth Judicial District Court.

Zach is experienced handling multiple aspects of complex litigation and is a passionate advocate of those harmed by economic and marketplace power.
